Payments and Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide.

How long does shipping take?

  • All orders on this site are currently for pre-orders. We will ship your order within 5-10 business days.

  • For embroidered orders, please allow up to three weeks for your order to be shipped.

  • Standard delivery  is estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days from shipping time for most locations. Exact delivery time  will vary based on the destination's distance from our Quezon City office. Estimated date of delivery will be provided with tracking details upon shipment.

  •  Your shipping totals will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that we do not fulfill orders on the weekends or on holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Metro Manila - 300 Php

  • The rest of Luzon - 350 Php

  • Visayas and Mindanao - 400 Php

What are your modes of payment?

As of now, we will only be accepting payments manually via GCASH or BDO bank transfers.

Please send your proof of payment to: payment@semillanotailoringhouse.com with the subject 'Payment' and include your order number.

You must settle your bill within 24 hours or your order will be canceled. We will only process orders that has been fully paid.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

  • Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How can I make a return?

  • For returns, please email returns@semillanotailoringhouse.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods.

  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

What are non-returnable and non-refundable orders?

  • We will not accept any returns/exchanges on embroidered items.

  • We will not accept any returns/exchanges on garments that have been worn, stained in any fashion, damaged, or laundered.

  • We will not accept any returns/exchanges on clearance or Final Sale items.

  • We will not accept any returns/exchanges on any items outside the 7 day window.

If you are unsure about any sizing or style preferences, we strongly suggest you purchase without embroidery.

Embroidery

Where is the embroidery placed on my garment?

  • We center your name & title above the chest pocket, which is on the left side. If you have chosen logo embroidery, this will be placed below the pocket, also on the left side. (some hospital requires to have their logo above the name, i.e., Makati Medical Center).

  • If you require or prefer alternative placement, please notate your request in the instructions field on your order.

I cannot see my logo on your website, can I upload my own logo?

  • Yes, you can upload your own logo for embroidery.

  • There is a one-time Php 1000 art fee, also referred to as 'digitizing fee.' This is for the process of turning your logo from flat artwork into embroidery detail which includes instructions for color, number of stitches, shading, and size.

  • We will email a sample of the logo for approval before embroidering your garments. If you are not satisfied with the initial sample, the one time fee will include one revision of your digitization.

  • Orders with custom logo uploads will require additional processing time and can take up to 4 weeks before shipping.

Is there a character limit for the name embroidery?

Yes. 25 characters max for each line including spaces and punctuations; the second line is optional.

Can I return an embroidered item?

No, you cannot. All embroidered garments are final sale, and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Should there be a quality concern with the embroidery, please contact us at (02) 700 53203 or by email at mail@semillanotailoringhouse.com.
